Ladejo Abiodun Kazeem(Secretary)-Monetary Policy Committees MPC-CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA

GOOD DAY

LADEJO ABIODUN KAZEEM(Secretary)
Monetary Policy Committees MPC.
CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA.

First, I must solicit your confidence in this transaction; this is by virtue of its nature as you were introduced to me in confidence through a colleague in the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce, foreign trade division.
I am Ladejo Abiodun Kazeem. (Secretary) Monetary Policy Committees MPC set up by the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to review economy policies of most government establishments as way to reduce waste and maximize revenues allocated to them in furtherance of government incentive to foreign investors who are interested in investing in different sectors of the economy like oil, gas and agriculture.
In the course of my work, I discovered part of the undisclosed excess crude oil revenue from 2003 to 2007 by the past administration of president Olusegun Obasanjo, the undisclosed amount is valued at US$45.5 Million lying unclaimed under the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). For record purpose, the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)is the sixth major crude oil export zone in the world. During the 8years of Obasanjo administration, he single handedly benchmarked the price of the country crude oil and monitored the Corporation NNPC account. This act generated so much excess fund for his selfish continued stay in office which marked his administration the worse period of money laundry both within and outside the country by him and his officials which is still been published daily by both London and US government. This fund (US$45.5 Million) has been incorporated into unpaid contract funds by two top officials (Directors of engineering and finance)of the!
Corporation NNPC during the Obasanjo administration.
On my personal approach to them, they confessed to me in confidence that they tagged the fund as unpaid contract fund as it is the only means they had hoped to move the fund out of the country before they were moved to another ministry. It happens that both men were my contemporaries in the university, So I cannot exposed them to the present government as they will lose their jobs and their family name dented, We therefore unanimously agreed to contact you to act as a foreign contractor which through my guidance, you will put a legal claim on the fund as unpaid contract fund to you. This is because our civil service code of conduct dose not allow us to own a foreign company or operate a foreign account while in government service,
Upon your indication of interest, I will send a sample of the application to you which you will send to the federal ministry of finance to process and instruct the transfer of the said fund US$45.5M to your account as a foreign contractor and rightful owner of the fund.
We have agreed to share the fund with you on this ratio of 25% to you, 70% to us while 5% will be used to reimburse any expenses made by anyone in the course of the transaction.

Thank you.
Ladejo Abiodun Kazeem(Secretary)
Monetary Policy Committees MPC

  • Des internautes anonymes envahissent nos mails avec des propositions douteuses. Je ne suis pas arrivé à communiquer ces mails aux services de police internationale afin que ces criminels soient arrêtés et emprisonnés, j'ai choisi de les publier.
